Remember the Ladybug iPod dock from Vestalife? If you do and if you happened to have liked the concept, here’s something good for you to look forward to. The same company released two new docks called the Firefly and Jewelbox. Both of them have similar designs and also the same color. Both these models can be controlled with remotes, have volume controls that can be adjusted using a touch interface. As far as the sound output is concerned, they do fairly well with the digital amplification. The Firefly gets one better than the Jewelbox here since it has an in-built subwoofer. Also in the line of new releases, Vestalife has introduced a 7’ inch LCD monitor that will magnify the joy of viewing your videos via the SD/MMC card reader. It’s called the Butterfly Monitor and plays movies on a 16:9 widescreen. It also has a remote control, an AUX jack, a digital amplifier and the ability to make 2-D images into 3-D. (Psst! I’m scratching my head too!).
There are no details about the pricing of Vestalife’s Firefly, Jewelbox nor the 4D Butterfly Monitor. However the products are expected to come in by the fall of this year.
