iPod Touch SUPREME to Kill iPhone SUPREME?
Move over iPhone 3G S Supreme, the bejewelled iPod Touch Supreme is here. Ok, we’re kidding, because the iTouch SUPREME costs a fraction of its iPhone cousin. Stuart Hughes has recrafted the iPod Touch hardware and made it a 22 carat gold masterpiece using 149 grams of that gold. Actually, Stuart’s wife Katherine Hughes did the re-design thinking it absolutely necessary to remake the logo itself with 21 grams of gold housing 53 VVS1, colour F diamonds .
The jewels are as follows:
- 149 grams of 22 carat gold for the casing
- Apple logo has 53 VVS1, colour F diamonds set in 21 grams of 22carat gold
- 300 VVS1 diamonds colour F in front
- navigation button has 12 VVS1 diamonds in 16 grams of gold
- in the middle of the button is a cut pink diamond which is 2.10 ct colour G-H
There’s a special box made of lacquer and Porsche Nappa leather interior. Price tag? £139,995.
