Yamaha TSX-100 an iPod dock from the bike manufacturer

yamaha_dock.jpgAnother name just got hurled into the iPod Dock/ Alarm Clock bandwagon, and its none other than our trusted friend Yamaha. The Yamaha TSX-100 features a CD player, an iPod Dock plus a Music Clock. Songs on the iPod can be played back on the system’s built-in speakers, and considering this is Yamaha, the sound produced is bound to be great! The CD drive supports CD-R/RW disk playback, which can record and play MP3/WMA files. The clock features dual alarm functions and also has a countdown timer and you can set the time for the two simultaneously. Incase you tire of your playlist, you can opt for the AM/FM tuner. The speakers feature a titanium cone and the amplifier’s capacity is 12Wx2ch. Individual silent playback technology 'twin SR-Bass' is also adopted. The Yamaha TSX-100 will be out in two colors, black and silver; it will cost 65,000 Yen ($592) and will hit the Japanese stores in late February.
